Application Guide
1. Prepare. Clean and stabilize the surfaces; remove dust, oil, loose matter and standing water.
2. Open. Attach the nozzle and trim it to the required bead size.
3. Apply. Use continuous beads or dots suited to the item's weight and shape.
4. Join. Press surfaces evenly and reposition only within the working time in the current TDS.
5. Support and cure. Support heavy or overhead items until adequate strength develops; allow full cure.
Important Use Notes
- Pre-test adhesion and compatibility, especially on coatings, natural stone, mirrors and plastics.
- Low-surface-energy plastics may need special treatment or primer and may not be suitable.
- Follow current documentation - use the label, TDS and SDS; performance depends on substrate, joint design, application and curing conditions.
