Application Instructions
1. Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds before use.
2. Clean the substrate surface — remove dust, oil, grease and loose particles.
3. Moisten the application area lightly with water for optimal curing.
4. Hold the can upside down and dispense foam into the gap, filling approximately 50% of the cavity to allow for expansion.
5. Allow the foam to cure fully (minimum 24 hours) before cutting or applying load.
6. Trim excess foam with a sharp knife or saw. Cured foam can be sanded and painted.
Safety & Storage
- Extremely flammable aerosol. Keep away from heat, sparks and open flames.
- Use only in well-ventilated areas. Wear protective gloves and eye protection.
- Do not puncture or incinerate the can, even when empty.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C. Keep out of direct sunlight.
- Keep out of reach of children.
