Application Instructions
1. Shake the can vigorously for at least 30 seconds before use. For best results, use at can temperature of +5°C to +35°C and ambient humidity above 40%.
2. Clean the application area thoroughly, removing dust, grease, oil and loose particles. Lightly dampen the surface with water to accelerate curing.
3. Screw the can onto a standard PU foam gun. Adjust the flow control knob to the desired output rate.
4. Hold the can upside down and apply the foam into the joint or cavity, filling approximately 50–60% of the volume to allow for expansion.
5. Allow the foam to cure fully (at least 60–90 minutes before cutting, 24 hours for full cure). Remove excess foam with a sharp knife or saw.
6. After curing, the foam can be cut, sanded, painted or plastered as required. Protect cured foam from prolonged direct UV exposure by painting or covering.
Safety & Storage
- Extremely flammable aerosol. Keep away from heat, sparks, open flames and hot surfaces. Do not smoke during application.
- Use only in well-ventilated areas; wear protective gloves, eye protection and suitable respiratory protection. Avoid inhalation of spray and curing vapours.
- Do not spray on naked flames or incandescent materials. Do not puncture or incinerate the can, even when empty.
- Store in a cool, dry place below 25°C, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Protect from frost and temperatures above 50°C.
- Keep out of reach of children. Dispose of empty cans in accordance with local environmental regulations.
